The world is changing. A rising population and overdevelopment are causing more and more of us to become aware of our negative impact on the environment. At Tern Group, LLC, we’re leading the way to change this. Each development is designed with an emphasis on public transportation and individual mobility - minimizing the need for cars. In addition, green technology and sustainable building practices, like geothermal heat exchange and green rooftop gardens, are at the core of our designs. We also implement solar installations, recycle “gray-water” for plants and use energy-efficient mechanical systems in all of our new projects. In order to make a difference for the next generation, we all have to do our part here and now. By creating a new standard for development and literally building it in from the ground up, we’re making it easier for everyone to pitch in. .
